So......living gluten free in Greece. A challenge. I am just starting this blog so stay tuned for recipes, healthy living choices and yummy treats. Gluten free does not have to mean tasteless or expensive. But it takes a lot of time to find to right recipe and develop it. Gluten free is , for me, not a choice but a necessity. I don't care to eat just to survive though but for the pleasure of it as well. It's a journey. I ll try to share it with you hoping you ll find it usefull :)
